Complex, unique, larger homes are not a problem, and each report is written so the client can understand how the opinion of value is developed. My coverage area is focused on Northeast Albuquerque, which allows for a large accumulation of focused, local attention, as opposed to choosing a large, diffuse area, where it may be difficult to learn what truly effects value. Having a more targeted area allows each new sale to be studied and analyzed to develop a current, up to date understanding of trends that influence value.

Expect regular communication whether you are a lending or real estate professional, attorney, or homeowner; all clients are regularly updated, and aware of where the process stands for their valuation.

Home inspections are carried out with respect for the occupant, and integrity that you can have confidence in. I will treat your home, pets, and family as I would expect to have mine treated.
