Complex, unique, larger homes are not a problem, and each report is written so the client can understand how the opinion of value is developed. My coverage area is focused on Central Oklahoma, including OKC metro, which allows for a large accumulation of focused, local attention. I also have experience with a number of surrounding rural areas (including having grown up in such an area), so complex rural assignments are not a problem.
